In response to the “lower for longer” headwinds, the industry is witnessing an unprecedented number of technology collaborations. These collaborations are designed to accelerate processes, connect processes, and democratize new technologies for a broader community of users. When successful, these technology collaborations drive down operational costs. This trend is a key component and outcome of the digital transformation.

This presentation spotlights a technology collaboration between Repsol and Emerson E&P to commercialize and democratize years of innovation and research carried out by Repsol scientists and other third party partners. By bringing this research to an integrated oil and gas technology provider (Emerson E&P), the solutions take on an expanded role for exploration and field development activities.
